Applied Automation Systems showcases three key products

Applied Automation Systems Private Ltd. is an established name in the area of industrial automation control systems for process control and monitoring. The Coimbatore-based company showcased the latest versions of its key products for the textile industry at the India-ITME 2016 trade fair.

In an exclusive chat at the company stall, Mr. Ravichandran Dhamodaran, Managing Director of the company, spoke in detail about the products showcased. “We are into textile machinery accessory manufacturing for the past 20-odd years. The products that we are showcasing here include the latest versions of the cascade- wrapping system, ProWin-Prolnx, which is basically an online production monitoring system for spinning and weaving customers, system and ‘FibreScan, a reliable system for removal of foreign fiber and white PP contaminants in cotton blowroom lines.”

Airing his views on the India-ITME 2016 trade show, in which the company has been participating since 1994, Mr. Ravichandran said that it is the only event which the company joins regularly. He also added that the event gives an opportunity for the company to take stock of its products and technologies and reflect on where it stands compared to competition and what are the new trends in the industry.

This apart, Mr. Ravichandran felt that the event provides a great platform to meet all existing and potential customers under one single roof.

When queried on the key strengths of the company Mr. Ravichandran stated: “One of strengths has been our ability to retain our existing customers by our consistency in delivering them products and services keeping up with their demands and requirements. Secondly, we have always been conservative on the commitment of performance of our equipment and been able to exceed in delivering them”.

The company is looking forward to expand its presence in overseas markets in the near future. Continuing on the topic, Mr. Ravichandran mentioned: “The India-ITME 2016 trade show will help us further consolidate our presence in the Indian market. However, we are looking at this event as an opportunity to see if there would be companies that will be interested in promoting our products in countries such as Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.”
