The Speed Frame LF4200 Series is incorporated with state-of-the-art technology, high production and with automation of Auto doffer and provision for bobbin transportation system which reduces dependency on labour. The LFS 1660V is well established for its optimal features and configuration.
The new ring frame LR60 Series is designed with contemporary technologies and automation to deliver high quality yarn with optimum characteristics, especially with regard to structure and strength. LR6 Ring frame, the most successful, well-proven ring frame completes the ring spinning system product offering from LMW.
The ring frame LFS 1660V has salient features like suspended flyer, spindleage upto 132 spindles, 16” x 6” package size, servo bobbin build, inverter-driven main motor, uniform roving tension, equal roving angle maintaining uniform twist flow, and double apron drafting arrangement with 3-roller or 4-roller spring loading.
The top-driven flyers (by timer belts) enable speed as high as 1400 rpm, and the main motor with flat belt drive ensures higher productivity and energy savings.
Speed frame LF 4200 Series comes with features like spindleage upto 200, spindle speed of upto 1500rpm (mechanical), auto doffer as optional with provision for bobbin transport system, drafting system with 3-roller or 4-roller drafting, unique individual bobbin tilting for easy doffing in case of manual doffing, and common flyer for front and back row, as well as detachable flyer spindle for removing bobbins midway.
Ring frame LR 60 Series from LMW is also a high-performance ring spinning system with spindleage upto 1200, high spindle speed of upto 25,000 rpm, speed control through inverter drive, servo drive for ring rail, moveable ABC ring, and motorized lappet tilting (spring loaded lappets). It is an extremely user-friendly machine.
