“We are over-whelmed with the response at our stall. Excellent footfall, and the quality of customers, more than quantity, has been very good at this years ITMA,” said Mr. Leo Petruzio in his interview to The Textile Magazine. “A large number of Indian customers showed interest in our products, which is very encouraging. Most of them were from Ludhiana, Mumbai and Tirupur.”

The Italian manufacturer has six decades of experience in fabric finishing and is the preferred choice of global customers who prioritize quality and lasting performance. The brand has sold thousands of machines across the globe through its agents. In India, Ferraro has its very strong association with Batliboi and is extremely satisfied with the tie-up.

We are positive 2016 will be a good year for processing and finishing business in India”, observed Mr. Raj Kumar of Batliboi.

At the Ferraro booth in ITMA, the company showcased its all-new Tubular and Open width rope opener and squeezing lines along with open width felt compactor. According to Ferraro company sources, the company enjoys leadership position in terms of global market share and hopes to continue the same in India as well.

During the 8-day textile event, the Italians were able to finalize a good number of orders from developed and also developing markets. “As environmental norms are getting stricter day by day, customers from India have started preferring quality over cost. All our products are 100% made in Italy and assure the customers of unmatched performance,” says Mr. Petruzio.
