The “Comstate” compact spinning technology of the Coimbatore-based Statex Engineering (P) Ltd. is to align the fibres in parallel and to bring fibres very close to each other by positive suction and delivering upto the twisting zone.
Comstate is having further advantage that the aligned fibres are carried upto the twisting zone by additional suction in between the nipping point and twisting zone (patented system).
The compact technology is for further reduction in hairiness upto 15-20 per cent and increase in RKM strength from normal compact yarn. An additional slot has been provided between the nipping point and twisting zone. There is interchangeable pressure pad to improve the machine life. With the modified pneumafil suction arrangement to suit the compact technology, the compact technology can suit all types of draftings and ringframes.
A compact suction fan with excellent drive arrangement has also been provided to develop vacuum pressure to align the fibre to spin “Comstate” compact yarn for 24 spindles / fan.
