Strata provides a complete turn-key solution. Predominantly in the highway sector, Strata provides geogrids for reinforcement of the flyovers, delivers complete technical designs, and executes the entire construction of the flyover ramps. Strata has completed over 400 such structures on many national and state highways.

Products:

Polyester (PET) geogrid – StrataGrid™ is a geogrid used for soil reinforcement. It is constructed with high tenacity yarn, knitted, and coated with a proprietary coating. It has been used in a variety of sectors.

HDPE geocell – StrataWeb® is made of HDPE and is a honey-comb shaped cellular confinement system that can be used in many applications to minimize erosion. It has been used for side slopes of highways to prevent erosion, in the sub-base of roads and container yards for bearing heavy loads, and even as the fascia for gravity walls.

Strata’s product lines, are ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) certified, hold CE markings, and are tested in GAI-LAP accredited labs across the US, the UK, and India. As a member of the International Geotechnical Society (IGS), Strata proudly promotes the advancement of geosynthetics.

With the onset of the new manufacturing plant (which was inaugurated early this year in February), Strata is looking forward to meeting the growing demand for geotechnical products in India and around the globe. This new facility is the largest geogrid plant in India and will provide sufficient capacity to cater to India’s demand while continuing to strengthen international markets. The plant enables the production of the widest geogrid, (made on 245” knitting machines), high-strength uniaxial and biaxial geogrids, and improved technical parameters like enhanced stress-strain values. Additionally, the facility, located over 10 acres, houses an exclusive, custom-built coating machine, efficient material handling capabilities, and an advanced laboratory that is GAI-LAP accredited.
