Highlighting the advantages of its newly-launched ‘Summit Compact’ spinning machine, Mr. K. Subramaniam, Managing Director of the Coimbatore-based company, said: “This is yet another quality product from Statex. The advantages offered include excellent yarn strength and low hairiness with less annual maintenance cost. Statex also offers SIRO Compact with Double Roving. Customers can also change Statex Summit Compact to SIRO Compact and vice versa. This can be achieved by replacing a few components.”

Another key advantage that the machine offers over the rival products, according to Mr. Subramaniam, is that Summit Compact will take care to lead the adjustant spindle fiber yarn to maintain equal center distance from the center of the top arm. This ensures equal top arm load distribution on fiber drafting.

Summit Compact also features multi-angle suction slot with a special interchangeable steel sandwich pressure pad in the suction tube (Patented). After the run over of the first path on the top roller cots, without buffing, one can just interchange the cots assembly in the adjustant top arms. This provides a new path which doubles the life of cots and also avoids the frequent buffing schedule, thereby increasing the life of top, bottom aprons and lattice aprons. The special steel sandwich pressure pad provides lifelong service by replacing nylons need to change yearly once.

Summit Compact is well accepted in the market because of the Statex quality, less annual maintenance expenses and service. Statex has so far sold more than three lakh units in India and abroad.
