Revival of US demand along with the continued weakness of the rupee against the US dollar is expected to lead to higher export realization in rupee terms. The textile sector in India is expected to recover fast as export demand has begun to pick up and projects that were put on hold are now being revived.

Textile brands, machinery manufacturers and agents across the nation predict a positive growth pattern for the next couple of years as the sentiments within the industry are now slightly better. One such player hoping to capitalize on the depreciation of the Japanese yen is the Mumbai-based Inditech International.

Set up in 2002, this textile trading company grew multifold within just 12 years. Mr. Pradeep Sinha, a textile technologist and marketing expert who founded the company, provided tailor-made solutions for the complex textile industry of India.

Tsudakoma-pic-2Inditech started its humble journey after being appointed as the sole agent for TMT machines. TMT Machinery, Inc. of Japan is a leader in synthetic fiber machinery that has had the DNA of Toray Engineering, Murata Machinery, and Teijin Seiki Machinery. Next in line was Tsudakoma with weaving machines that got added to the portfolio, and from then on there was no looking back for Inditech. The company is registering an annual growth of 20 per cent. In the first year, it managed to reach a substantial sales turnover of Rs. 100 crores.

Inditech has over the years earned recognition for its integrity from its clients and principals. With an insight into innovation and extensive operations, the company journey continues on an highly optimistic note.

IndiTech-pic-2“We have sold more than 550 Tsudakoma wide-width machines to Welspun alone in the last decade and hope to increase that number in the years to come”, says Mr. Pradeep Sinha.

Welspun was the first customer for Tsudakoma machines through Inditech, and Sanathan Texturisers the first one for TMT machines. Currently Inditech is supplying machines to most of the leading Indian textile industry brands like Reliance Industries, Alok Industries, Bhilosa, DNH, Hanung Toys, Banswara Syntex, Bombay Rayon, Century Enka, D’Decor, Dicitex, Garden Silk Mills, Indo Count, Indo Rama, KG Fabriks, SEL, SRF, Premier Group, GHCL, Chiripal, Gupta Group and Rajashree Polyfil.
