Ariser Engineering: Ready to Make a Mark at ITMA Asia 2025

Ariser Engineering Private Limited has steadily built a reputation as a company that thrives on innovation and market disruption. With a strong focus on developing practical, high-quality solutions for the spinning industry, the company is now preparing to make a big impact at ITMA Asia + CITME 2025. The global trade fair, to be held in Singapore, will see Ariser showcase its flagship products – the compact spinning system and the top arm loading system – both of which have earned wide acceptance across key textile markets.

Senthil Raja, Director, Ariser Engineering

“We are excited to participate in the event,” says Senthil Raja, Director, Ariser Engineering. “Preparations started a year ago. Although we have participated in country-specific trade shows in Bangladesh and Indonesia, this is the first time we are taking part in a truly international exhibition. It is a major milestone for us.”

A Strategic Platform

The choice of Singapore as the host city is an added advantage for the company. “Singapore is like a ‘mini India’,” Senthil observes. “The event, co-branded with CITME, is expected to attract a large number of South Asian and South-East Asian visitors, particularly from India, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Thailand. For us, this is the perfect platform to meet existing customers and reach out to new ones.”

Ariser already enjoys a strong presence in Indonesia and Bangladesh, and has set its sights on Vietnam as the next growth market. “Vietnam is untapped territory for us. Participation in ITMA Asia gives us the opportunity to establish our base there, while also strengthening our relationships with customers from India and other regions,” Senthil explains.

Showcasing Proven Solutions

At the exhibition, Ariser will put the spotlight on its compact spinning system and top arm loading system, products that have consistently delivered performance and value for mills across Asia. “We believe European competitors have not been able to offer an affordable solution to South-East Asian customers in this segment. That is where we hold the competitive edge,” Senthil remarks.

Continuous improvement has been the company’s mantra. “As part of our R&D efforts, we closely track customer feedback and incorporate enhancements on a regular basis. What we are bringing to ITMA Asia is essentially a 2.0 version of our compact spinning system, designed with several new features for greater efficiency and flexibility,” he adds.

Expanding Global Reach

Beyond Asia, Ariser has steadily expanded into new regions. The company already has a strong foothold in Uzbekistan, is in advanced discussions with customers in Mexico and South/Central America, and is actively exploring opportunities in Europe. This global outlook underlines Ariser’s ambition of becoming a recognized international player.

What Sets Ariser Apart?

Ariser’s compact spinning system has carved a niche for itself with a set of clear differentiators. “It is a high-quality engineered product, designed to European standards, yet affordable,” Senthil notes. Importantly, it is compatible with multiple brands of ring frames, and uniquely offers solutions for both ring spinning and worsted spinning.

The company has also developed specialized attachments such as compact with slub, compact with Lycra, and even compact systems for 100% polyester spinning – something previously thought impossible. “We already have several successful installations for 100% polyester compact spinning,” Senthil proudly points out.

Another strength is the robust after-sales support. With a team of skilled engineers and technologists, Ariser ensures quick troubleshooting, including remote diagnostics. “Serious issues are rare, but even then, mill technicians today are capable and can be guided remotely. This ensures smooth operation with minimal downtime,” Senthil explains.

Looking Ahead

With a strong product lineup, customer-centric innovation, and expanding global footprint, Ariser Engineering is gearing up to make the most of ITMA Asia 2025. “We look forward to interacting with a wide cross-section of customers from around the world. We invite everyone to visit us at Hall H3, Stall D111,” Senthil concludes with enthusiasm.

Ariser comFACT: Powering Growth at Srinivasa Spinning Mill

Ariser Engineering has steadily built a reputation as a pioneer in textile machinery, with its Ariser comFACT compact spinning technology gaining strong traction across the industry. Known for its compact, robust design and seamless integration into existing spinning lines, the system is fast becoming the preferred choice for progressive mills.

One such success story comes from Srinivasa Spinning Mill, Hyderabad, where the adoption of comFACT has proven to be a game changer. Established in 2012, the mill has grown consistently over the years and today operates with a spindle capacity of 16,320, specializing in 30s and 32s cotton counts. Its products enjoy strong demand in key markets such as Malegaon and Ichalkaranji.

Sharing his experience, Srivanth, Joint Managing Director, noted, “The textile market is getting more competitive every day. Mills must invest in quality machinery to ensure premium end-products. Ariser comFACT aligns perfectly with our goals. It is a high-quality compact system that is also affordable.

Tangible benefits

The system’s precise fiber control ensures superior yarn evenness, higher strength, and significantly reduced hairiness. With higher spinning speeds, the mill has experienced a tangible boost in productivity. In addition, its energy-efficient design translates into lower operating costs compared to traditional systems.

Srivanth highlighted the positive impact, stating, Our production has increased by 15%. The system is easy to run and maintain, and our employees are happy working with it.

Service that builds trust

Beyond the product, he also praised the after-sales service provided by Ariser. We have not faced any major issues. Their service engineers are prompt, proactive, and make regular visits to ensure smooth functioning,” he said.

Encouraged by the results, Srinivasa Spinning Mill is already considering expanding its comFACT installation. Yes, we plan to add more units in the near future and have been recommending Ariser comFACT to our peers,” Srivanth signed off.
