Steady Performance Amid Market Headwinds

In an exclusive interaction, Senthil Raja, Director, Ariser Engineering, expressed satisfaction over the company’s performance in FY 2025–26. Despite prevailing market sluggishness, the company has maintained healthy growth.

“Even with the slowdown in the industry, we have done well and achieved the targets we had set. Our order books are healthy, which gives us confidence going forward,” he said, reflecting the company’s stable market positioning.

Launch of Automatic Autodoffer Loading System

A major attraction at Ariser Engineering’s stall this year will be the launch of its automatic autodoffer loading system. Developed after extensive research and development, the system has been designed as a retrofit solution aimed at improving mill efficiency.

“This system significantly reduces labour dependency and improves doffing efficiency. It is compatible with leading autodoffer brands, making it a highly practical solution for textile mills looking to enhance productivity without major capital investment,” Senthil Raja explained. He added that the product is expected to be particularly beneficial at a time when mills are increasingly focused on automation and cost optimisation.

Compact Spinning System Remains the Core Focus

While new products are being added, Ariser Engineering’s compact spinning system continues to remain the company’s flagship offering. With over 2 million spindles installed globally, the system has been widely accepted by spinning mills across markets.

“Our primary focus for the next three to four years will continue to be compact spinning. Our R&D team is constantly working on improvements to deliver better performance and value to customers,” he noted, underlining the company’s long-term commitment to this segment.

Customer Trust, Affordability, and Service Support

Highlighting the reasons behind the company’s sustained success, Senthil Raja pointed to customer focus, affordability, and strong service support. Having been present in the compact spinning market for nearly eight years, Ariser Engineering has built strong relationships with customers worldwide.

“We have been able to offer compact spinning systems at an affordable price, irrespective of market conditions. This, combined with trust built over the years, has worked in our favour,” he said.

Equally important has been the company’s robust after-sales support. With a network of agents across India and overseas, along with advanced remote troubleshooting capabilities, Ariser Engineering ensures prompt service response, which has become a cornerstone of its growth story.

New Developments on the Horizon

Looking ahead, the company is also developing an automatic cone packing system. A prototype is currently under development and will soon be installed in a mill for validation. The commercial launch is expected later this year, further strengthening Ariser Engineering’s automation portfolio.

Looking Forward to Texfair 2026

A regular participant at Texfair since 2016, Ariser Engineering views the exhibition as a key platform for engaging with customers and understanding evolving market needs.

“Texfair is a very important trade show for this region. Participation in major exhibitions helps manufacturers stay connected with customers and market trends. With positive signals such as tariff rollbacks and the EU-FTA, we are optimistic about the future,” Senthil Raja said.

He warmly invited visitors to Hall ‘B’, Stall No: 32, adding, “We look forward to meeting customers from across the globe and showcasing how our solutions can add value to their operations.”
