From EPC Expertise to Full-Stack Sustainability
Arvind Envisol, one of India’s leading environmental solution providers, has evolved from being a trusted EPC player to a full-stack water treatment company, delivering end-to-end solutions across effluent, sewage, ultra-pure water, and desalination systems.

Since 2022, the company has extended its expertise beyond plant design, engineering and execution to include manufacturing more than two third of the components & consumables required in an in-house treatment plant, ensuring complete control over quality, reliability, and service timelines.
“Our goal was to make the client’s journey seamless from installation to long-term maintenance. Today, customers receive every critical component directly from us, backed by additional warranties and just-in-time delivery,” Mr. Abhishek Tikmani, Director & CEO, Arvind Envisol shared.
Innovation Rooted in Heritage
Founded in 2011, Arvind Envisol originated from Arvind Ltd’s search for an advanced effluent treatment solution for its own textile mill. The company’s foundation lies in a Finnish MVR (Mechanical Vapour Recompression) technology — a benchmark in energy efficiency that became the cornerstone of Arvind Envisol’s innovation journey.
Over time, the company integrated this global technology with Indian engineering excellence, paving the way for cost-effective, scalable, and sustainable water recovery systems for industries worldwide.

Engineering Excellence at Scale
Located 40 km from Ahmedabad, the company’s integrated manufacturing campus houses three specialized facilities. The first is the FRP & polymer-based product manufacturing tanks, housings and filters. The second is the membrane production and electrical and automation controls, while the third is the critical fabrication of equipments like heat exchangers, pressure vessels and dryers.

This in-house manufacturing ecosystem enables faster turnaround, design flexibility, and unwavering quality assurance — all hallmarks of Arvind Envisol’s delivery model.
“At Arvind Envisol, we live by a simple ethos — ‘build every plant as if it were your own’. From conceptualization to commissioning, and from service to spare supply, the company takes complete responsibility for every stage of a project,” Mr. Tikmani emphasized.
The 20 MLD ETP at Arvind’s own textile unit at Santej which was retrofitted recently into a MBR based system, continues to serve as one of the largest water recycling plant in the textile sector, where the company continuously optimizes efficiency, recovery, and lifecycle cost.

Raising the Bar for Recovery and Reliability
Arvind Envisol’s technology delivers industry-leading water recovery through Reverse Osmosis (RO) of up to 97%, with new systems targeting 98.5% recovery. In addition to reducing lifecycle cost, the company has redefined design and deployment through innovations like skid-based evaporator systems, which reduce setup time from a couple of months to just a few days.
Design Thinking for a Sustainable Tomorrow
Each plant designed by Arvind Envisol follows a core philosophy that balances three priorities — lifecycle cost, spatial efficiency, and system reliability. The company’s R&D-driven improvements in Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) technology have minimized pre-treatment requirements and reduced land use by up to 40%, offering scalable solutions for land-constrained industrial environments.
The Textile DNA
While Arvind Envisol has served across sectors including pharma, dyes & chemicals, solar and steel, its roots and its deepest expertise remain in the textile industry, where complex effluents demand the most advanced treatment systems.
“Few companies have achieved long-term success running ZLD systems in textile mills. Our success lies in understanding this complexity and designing solutions that are both technically and economically viable,” Mr. Abhishek Tikmani stated.
