Batliboi and Mr. Ramu S. partner to launch Bioconserve Renewables Envirotech Pvt. Ltd.

In a significant development aimed at addressing the growing environmental challenges in the textile sector, Batliboi Ltd., a long-standing solutions provider to Indian textile Industry , has joined hands with Mr. Ramu S., an industry veteran with deep domain expertise in wastewater treatment, to announce the formation of a new company — Bioconserve Renewables Envirotech Pvt. Ltd. (BREPL).

The textile manufacturing industry is recognized as one of the most polluting globally. Over the past decade, Batliboi has been at the forefront of delivering ZLD solutions to the textile sector, ensuring sustainable practices in water usage and recovery. In response to the evolving market landscape and the urgent need for integrated environmental solutions, this strategic joint venture brings together technical prowess, industry experience, and innovative thinking.

Mr. Ramu S., a highly respected mechanical engineer, brings with him decades of practical experience in textile processing and wastewater treatment. He has led the design, installation,
commissioning, and operations of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) for several prominent players, including Premier Fine Linen, Himatsingka, Jay Jay Mills, Mohan Spintex, Kitex, and HP Cotton. His project portfolio spans capacities from 1.5 MLD to 4 MLD, making him
a leading name in the field.

BREPL will be spearheaded by Mr. Ramu and supported by a team of over 130 skilled technical professionals, offering end-to-end solutions including design, installation, commissioning, upgradation, modification, and operation & maintenance (O&M) of ETPs across the textile industry. The sales and marketing responsibilities for BREPL will be managed by the Textile Machinery Division of Batliboi Ltd., leveraging its extensive industry network and customer relationships.

We are proud to announce that BREPL has already commenced operations on a prestigious Greenfield ZLD project in Central India, marking a strong and promising start for the new venture.
