A9500 Air Jet Weaving Machine can be driven by a crank or
conjugated cams providing cost effective options to address
complex styling or maximum speeds. Referencing extensive
in-plant testing and R&D work at Itema, the A9500 shed
geometry illustrates the perfect combination of a long dwell
and stable motion of the harness frames to deliver the widest
weft insertion time while providing economic air consumption
and unsurpassed control of weft variation.
Less Air Consumption
Additional energy savings in air consumption are granted by
the high efficiency nozzles working in combination with the
patented Real Time Control. This active, real time feature
provides pick by pick analysis and control of air consumption
providing unparalleled economic use of compressed air.
Superior Fabric Quality
The innovative shed geometry, designed by Itema, clearly
supports maximumweaving speeds and superior fabric quality.
Working in conjunction with the continuous monitoring of the
slay position by the machine PC, the shed geometry eliminates
