Silver Dynaterry to weave a special terry cloth
with max quality
New important technological solutions have been adopted
on the Silver Dynaterry that allow for the production of
a wider range of terry cloth and max quality under all
conditions.
The new warp feed cont rol system, that has been
completely redesigned, guarantees max regularity of the
loop: thanks to the special geometry and reduced inertia,
the new dancing roller with its load cell guarantees direct,
repeatable reading of the warp tension. The resulting
extreme sensibility of the system guarantees ultra dynamic
variations in tension to suit the warp movement, guiding it in
perfect time with the reed beat-up during the loop formation.
The temple supports are fitted on mobile slides, timed with
the movement of the fabric, to aid the formation of the loop,
thus avoiding damage through stretching and guaranteeing
constant quality across the full width of the cloth.
An ef f icient drop-wi re l i ft ing system dur ing the loop
formation reduces rubbing of the warp threads, thus
improving the global ef f iciency of the machine and
guaranteeing a perfect loop of constant height every time
