Silver Dynaterry to weave with max efficiency
and simplicity
Weaving eff iciency means max output of each loom,
constant performance, lower work loads for the weaver and
quicker set-up times.
Sensitivity, delicacy and max precision are the features of
the back-rest roller that exploits the precision of the load cell
reading system to reduce the stress on the yarn, a crucial
factor when it comes to reducing breakage rates.
Every component of the weft insertion system – that has
undergone close study – has been optimised: from the
weft colour selector with its new high performance motors
to adapt the presentation of the weft thread by thread, to
the precision of the cutting system that guarantees max
and constant efficiency in insertion and the rapiers that
guarantee top reliability and extraordinary versatility.
The new loop warp geometry is studied to guarantee max
accessibility, while the simplicity and compactness of the
dancing roller guarantees easy use for the operator, in terms
of both style changes and adjustments, plus faster normal
broken thread repairs, making for greater efficiency and
lower work loads.
The console, with its colour display, becomes the terminal
for controlling all loom functions: a real control centre for
the weaver and the maintenance technician, for easier and
more efficient control of the machine.
