The highest performance and the lowest
consumption in its category
To be able to weave at unprecedented speeds and with
total stability is child's play for the Silver HS.
This fantastic result is made possible thanks to the revised
Propeller, the unique mechanical system that forms the
heart of the Silver HS.
Powerful yet lightweight, never-tiring and always precise,
simple and highly profitable: these are just some of the
adjectives that describe the Propeller, an extremely precise
and effective rapier motion control system that guarantees
excellent speed and acceleration for the insertion elements.
Maximum output is guaranteed by the exceptional stability
of the overall machine insertion system assembly, the
outcome of boosted structural stiffness and the perfection
of the rapier movement.
With the new guide hooks in the TRANSFER EK version
and a stronger sley, the rapier tapes are no longer subject
to wear and even the heaviest fabrics can now be produced
at higher speeds on the Silver HS.
Punctual, precise lubrication guarantees total reliability
and increases the mechanical efficiency of all the various
components.
All this, together with the remarkably low dynamic loads of
t he Pr ope l l e r , make t he S i l ve r HS a l oom wi t h
exceptionally low energy consumption, offering you truly
great competitive advantages.
Silver HS is fitted with the new electronic HI DRIVE
system for weaving machines.
The new drive is based on the optimised use of the
brushless motors, the ideal solution for weaving rooms,
which guarantees potentiality and efficiency beyond
comparison, as well as:
extreme simpl ification in the construction of the
machine - thanks to the elimination of the brake/clutch
unit and other transmission organs - giving the loom
new, guaranteed reliability
superior fabric quality, thanks to the motor's high
pickup during restarts, meaning no more stop mark
simple and effective machine management, with
programmable and automatically variable speeds and
an extraordinary reduction in the need for maintenance
Energy savings without further inconveniences risen
from the necessity to adjust the current installation
Optimum exploitation of spaces with consequent
reduction of the overall loom dimensions
