T T Ltd is setting up a mega garment plant as a diversification move from spinning to garments. This would enjoy the benefits of Central subsidies and incentives as well as special subsidies and incentives declared by the new UP textile policy.
T T Ltd. is restructuring its business. It is exiting spinning and entering garmenting and fabric business on a massive scale. The garment and fabric turnover is to be doubled by 2018-19.
The company is also expanding its retail stores under the brand “T T Bazaar”. As many as 50 stores have already opened, and another 50 stores are in the pipeline. It is planning to open 250 such stores by 2019, all of which would be on the Franchisee model.
