With the ‘one pile – one color’ process, or thanks to the development of the new ‘bi-color printing’ technology, made possible through the ultra-fast linear actuators of the MCD3 machine, the space-dyeing process has been renewed and undergoes a new boom.
This dyeing technology enables to get yarn directly usable in woven or tufted carpet and tugs to realize innovative design and aspects. On the base of six dyestuff colors, it is now easy to obtain up to 15 different color shades on the same yarn in one single working pass.
