With the launch of Subhlaxmi Processors Private Ltd. in 2024, the company has further expanded its capabilities by setting up a state-of-the-art process house equipped with the latest technologies. Today, Subhlaxmi has a processing capacity of 25 lakh meters per month, producing fabrics ranging from 100 to 400 GSM, and catering not only to the domestic market but also to international customers across the Middle East and other regions.

Choosing Motex Stenter – A Strategic Decision

For Subhlaxmi Syntex, investing in stenter machines was a critical decision that would shape the efficiency and quality of its processing operations. “We evaluated many stenter manufacturers, as stenter purchase is a very important investment. Our main criteria were value for money and a trusted brand with modern technology. We decided to go with Motex, which combines German technology with indigenously developed patented innovations,” explains Mr. Gaurav Panagaria.

High Productivity with Advanced Processing

The company has installed three Motex stenter machines, each with eight chambers, achieving an impressive 70,000 meters of fabric production per day per machine. The range of fabrics processed includes premium polyester, viscose, and cotton blends, as well as specialized materials such as polyester modal, poly/viscose/wool, and poly/viscose/lycra.

Highlighting the versatility of these machines, Mr. Panagaria notes, “We use Motex for drying, heat-setting, and special finishing processes. These include stain-free, insect-repellent, uncrushable, ice-touch, UV-resistant, Teflon, anti-bacterial, and anti-microbial finishes.”

Reliability, Low Maintenance, and Energy Efficiency

Motex stenters have proven to be reliable and user-friendly, ensuring seamless operations with minimal downtime. “Motex provides patented Uniflo nozzles and improved fan housing, ensuring uniform heat distribution with very little maintenance required,” says Mr. Panagaria.

He further adds, “Overhauling under AMC is required only after 6,000 operating hours, which translates to about 1.5 years. The sturdy chain track allows even fabric stretching without wear and tear. With maximum IE3 class motors, branded components, and superior insulation, utility consumption is low and heat losses are minimal. The machine is running more efficiently than our expectations.”

Unique Features Ensuring Superior Fabric Quality

What sets Motex apart is its design precision and focus on fabric quality. “The pneumatic bypass system prevents nozzle marks during short stoppages, while the patented Uniflo nozzle design ensures high efficiency with minimum heat loss,” shares Mr. Panagaria.

He further highlights, “The integral duct option allows easy cleaning with minimal condensation and oil dropping. Special rust-preventive powder coating protects machine parts, while the sturdy chain and track enable fabric stretching of up to 15 cm per chamber.”

InspirOn’s Commitment to Service Excellence

For Subhlaxmi, their first processing project demanded flawless execution, and InspirOn delivered. “We are glad to acknowledge that all three machine deliveries, erection, and commissioning were completed on time,” says Mr. Panagaria.

He commends InspirOn’s team, stating, “The Motex team is well-trained, solution-oriented, and highly professional. They address queries responsibly, and the product office team understands our fabric requirements, helping us optimize processes and offering customized solutions.”

A Strong Recommendation for the Industry

Summing up the partnership, Mr. Panagaria affirms, “We will definitely recommend Motex to others, and it will be our first choice in future projects.” This endorsement reflects Subhlaxmi Syntex’s confidence in the performance, reliability, and support provided by InspirOn and its Motex stenter technology.

The successful adoption of Motex stenters has empowered Subhlaxmi Syntex to achieve high productivity, deliver consistent fabric quality, and explore advanced finishing processes. Backed by InspirOn’s robust technology and customer-centric service, Subhlaxmi is well-positioned to strengthen its domestic and international presence. With a clear focus on innovation, efficiency, and quality, the company continues to carry forward its legacy as a trusted name in textile processing.
