The card C 77 has increased productivity by 88% and cut energy consumption by 27%. Additionally, this improved fiber preparation boosts rotor spinning performance and reduces yarn imperfections by over 23%.

Surya Spinners runs two spinning mills in Vellakovil, South India, and in 2024 reached the key production milestone of 7 500 tons of yarn since its founding in 2010.
