Most of the times, a loom will be working only at 60%-65% efficiency. Chiller, inverter and ducting
The King Kooler is also available with the company’s chiller attachment. “With a little additional cost, we are also offering the system with our chiller attachment. The chiller helps in humid conditions, where you cannot take outside air for humidification. The air inside the department is already hot and if it is recycled over and over again, the temperature could rise. The chiller helps to maintain the optimum temperature,” Sudakar explained.
Citing an example about the advantage of having a chiller, he added, “Typically in a mill, the yarn is tested for quality at the department and later on in the testing lab. Now, in the case of the department, it is tested under humidification conditions, whereas testing labs are air-conditioned. What this means is that there will be variation in results, which in turn affects quality. With King Kooler this is history. You can place this inside the textile testing laboratory too. Not only will this result in correct results, but will also save you significantly on air-conditioning costs. Similarly, with the chiller option, you can install King Kooler in the garment industry, ginning industry and also the yarn conditioning department.”
