Loomcooler
Constant increases in loom speeds have led to an increase
in the electrical input and thus more heat is generated by
the moving parts: it's therefore very important to cut the
costs that could arise from the need for new investments in
conditioning plant.
At the same time, the optimal temperature and humidity
parameters must be kept to get superior loom efficiency. Not
to mention the need to ensure healthy working conditions
for staff (leading to less stress and thus better efficiency and
willingness).
For this reason, Itema offers the option of the installation of
a safe, reliable cooling system managed electronically by the
loom itself, letting one remove much of the heat generated
by the machine and then recover the thermal power
downstream and use this for other processes.
