“By partnering closely with our dyehouse customers, we made the necessary enhancements with Datacolor MATCH TEXTILE v. 2.0 to meet the specific needs of the textile industry by improving functionality and supply chain management, while delivering the superior color matching performance Datacolor is known for.”

Datacolor MATCH TEXTILE v. 2.0 delivers superior first-shot matches using advanced color matching technology and its state-of-the-art Smart Match algorithms. The time required to develop new color recipes is reduced by up to 50 per cent, resulting in faster throughput, reduced raw material consumption, and more time for operators to focus on other value-added tasks.

With extended data exchange capabilities, the upgrade enables users to transfer dye recipe data throughout the supply chain, streamlining the color development process. In addition, the advanced functionality saves and links customer formulation requirements to the matching jobs, which enables users to make correct color decisions quickly, and minimizes waste by reducing errors.

The upgrade also includes an interactive tutorial and user tips that guide the user through the software. This intuitive feature improves the overall user experience, increases productivity and lowers the learning curve for color formulation. New and advanced features are explained in detail and enable their immediate use.

”Each year, dyehouses have to adapt to increasing textile demands, fabric production, color development requests, and expensive lab trials,” said Eric Alho, Product Marketing Manager Textiles, Datacolor. “By partnering closely with our dyehouse customers, we made the necessary enhancements with Datacolor MATCH TEXTILE v. 2.0 to meet the specific needs of the textile industry by improving functionality and supply chain management, while delivering the superior color matching performance Datacolor is known for.”
