The just-concluded ITMA 2019 in Barcelona proved a real success for Electro-Jet in terms of attendance and the quality of visitors.
Among the major products displayed by the company were the travelling cleaners, ADR automatic roving frame, automatic transport systems of bobbins, cones and cans, and the automatic packing and palletizing lines.
The travelling cleaners which have been the leading product since the origin of the company have evolved following the new advances – from the basic cleaner for blowing and suctioning to cleaners capable of realising robot functions. This is the case of some cleaners prepared for special functions not related to what is strictly the machine cleaning.
The automatic transport systems of bobbins, cones and cans in the spinning mill, as well as the automation in the palletising and packing zone, allow a higher rationalization of these processes, removing either any physical effort or any possibility of human mistake. Some basic solutions were presented in the stand, which could be completed with other machinery to reach different levels of automation.
The ADR automatic roving frame with flyers format to choose between 16×6” or 16×7” has a very fast doffing (90 seconds) and it starts automatically after this doffing, without the need of any intervention of the operator. This allows a notable reduction in the machine stop time, increasing significantly this way the production of each roving frame.
The other items displayed by the company included several auxiliary machines, static fans and draft green rollers and cleaning machines.
Electro-Jet was really enthusiastic about the quality of the visitors received, the orders booked during the fair and the new projects being started.
