GOFRONT Holding Ltd. has made a distinct mark for itself globally with its wide range of yarn and fabric dyeing machines with extremely low liquor ratio. The Hong Kong-based company will be showcasing its machines at ITMA 2019, the highlight of which will be the Model GFALA fabric dyeing and Model XLB yarn dyeing machines.
Speaking exclusively, Mr. Siu Chu Lam, Managing Director of the company, stated that ITMA 2019 offers the right platform for showcasing the world-class range of products to a global audience. GOFRONT’s key global markets cover four continents – Asia, Africa, Europe and South America.
The GFALA and XLB machines come with a host of sustainable features and are expected to be the cynosure of all eyes at the event. According to Mr. Boy Yu, Sales Director, GOFRONT has always been known for its green and environment-friendly machines, and these two products are no different.
According to Mr. Siu, the salient features of the GFALA fabric dyeing machine are 40% less water consumption, very less auxiliaries consumption, 40% reduction in discharge to ETP, power and steam cut by 50%, combination airflow and overflow modes, and special three nozzles, preparation/overflow/airflow.
The top features of the XLB yarn dyeing machine are the least water consumption in the industry, auxiliaries consumption cut to half, 50% reduction in discharge to ETP and the minimum power and steam consumption.
Mr. Boy Yu pointed out that these features make the products ideally suited for the Indian market where it will help customers save on energy costs, water, consumption of auxiliaries, power and steam, apart from ensuring a reduction in the discharge to the effluent treatment plant. The XLB model features one- and two-way flow dyeing modes.
“With these machines not only do you get extra low liquor ratio, but also savings in terms of water, steam, energy, auxiliaries, ETP and cycle time,” he added.
