The foundation of InspirOn Engineering Private Ltd. has been on a sound footing since its inception in 1973 with profound dedication to serve the textile industry. Extending facets beyond textiles to global business, InspirOn has over the years earned respect and name for its integrity amongst its clients in India and abroad.

The company was formed by the technocrat and visionary, Mr. Prakash Bhagwati, who returned to India after completing his studies in the US and successfully ventured into the engineering division under the able guidance of his elder brother, Mr. Atul Bhagwati.

When unexplored avenues were a far-fetched thought for contemporaries, Mr. Prakash Bhagwati, along with Mr. Atul Bhagwati, ventured in depth into the unexplored market, and formed a base for textiles, and gradually got itself converted successfully into one of the biggest textile agency houses in India with a special urge for modernization and upgradation of textile technology.

With the privilege of being one of the foremost companies in textile engineering today, InspirOn was formally a part of, the textile conglomerate, A.T.E. since the beginning. Today, it is a separate entity having core competencies in design engineering solutions, tool designing, metallurgy, die-casting, dynamic balancing and surface finishing. At its sprawling plant in Ahmedabad, InspirOn manufactures stenter machines, flyers and related accessories and industrial engineering products.

Hot air stenter

To start with, InspirOn was a licensee of the world-renowned textile processing machinery manufacturer, A. Monforts GmbH of Germany. It manufactures stenters of international quality with innovative features and superior design. It is sold under the brand name of “Motex” Stenter. Its modern manufacturing plant in Ahmedabad has a capacity to produce a finishing line consisting of a padder and a stenter to suit customer requirements. After the licensing agreement ended in 2012, InspirOn continues on its own to serve the Indian industry with an upgraded and a more versatile MOTEX stenter.

The stenter can handle drying, heat setting, curing, coating and finishing of fabrics for the processor. Motex Stenter can handle a wide variety of fabrics, from cotton, polyester, flock, wool, silk, viscose, nylon, etc., in woven, knitted and pile forms.

The current model assures optimum utilization of heat energy and high productivity, low downtime and minimum maintenance. This has made the Motex the optimum choice in terms of cost-effectiveness amongst the quality conscious domestic and export-oriented textile processors. Motex being equipped with high-tech stenter chain system results into higher speed of operation, extra stretch with low energy consumption as well as low maintenance and free from oil staining. The unique nozzle system enables the processor to achieve even drying and heat setting at higher evaporation rates with optimum energy efficiency/utilization. Consistent and even heat setting results are obtained in minimum variation from centre to selvedge after heat setting process across the length and width.

Key highlights:

• This unique system of air control has separately controlled air flow for top and bottom nozzle. It is ideal for delicate materials like silk and knitted fabrics, coated fabrics, viscose, micro-fibres, pile fabrics and silk. It has the advantage of reproducible fabrics results at any time.

• The horizontal chain has the advantage of special long lubricated roller bearing chain which may require lubrication once a year, or even later. Running speed up to 130 metres/min. is possible.

• The chambers are having compact frames with maintenance-free width adjustment system. Closed design of chambers with 150 mm thick mineral wool insulation minimizes heat loss through radiation, resulting in conservation of energy and increased productivity. The nozzle system is drawable for easy cleaning.

• Motex offers a wide range of delivery section combination.

Motex stenters are widely used in reputed composite mills like Arvind, Alok, Siyaram, Welspun, Raymond, JCT, KG Denim, Asarwa, Hanung Toys and Textiles Ltd., LNJ Group, Premier and Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd. Also Motex has good reputation amongst reputed process houses like Mahalaxmi, Dhanurdhar, Durga Group, Vipul Sarees, Bindal Silk Mills, RD Dyeing, Raghuvir Synthetics, Krishna Terrine, Soma Textiles, VK Prints, India Dyeing Mills, Shreeji Lifestyles, Gimatex, Freelook Fashions, Mamillon, Dicitex Furnishing, Aakash Fashion, Mudra Life Style, Terry Plus, Versatile, Oriental Processors, Eastern Silk, Jeyavishnu and others.

People all over the world associate Motex stenters with outstanding process results in knitting and woven fabric finishing. They are the preferred choice of Surat textile processors. InspirOn has an installed base of over 170 Motex stenters in India, Bangladesh and a few African countries.

Recently, InspirOn has added “KAPrec Heat Recovery Systems” to its product range in its endeavour to conserve and reuse heat energy in processing the related equipment/dryer, including Stenter. The unique design of the system enables it to recover 10-25 per cent of heat from the earlier heating process with modularity and less frequency of cleaning need.

This system has been successfully installed at Raymond UCO Denim, LNJ Denim. A few more orders have been placed by customers like Jeyavishnu and Sri Saravana Spinning Mill. The unit is completely assembled and ready for installation. No large-scale and expensive re-ducting is necessary. It is economical even for small dryers with minimum exhaust of 1300 M3 per hour due to its modular design.

World class textile flyers

InspirOn Engineering is one of the largest manufacturers of high performance aluminium flyers having manufactured and sold over three million of these critical textile components around the world under the brand name of “InspirOn” flyer. In addition, InspirOn has a state-of-art foundry equipped with gravity/low pressure/high pressure die casting machines, coupled with CNC machining capabilities.

The company has emerged as a global leader with over 75 per cent of the flyer turnover being exported to OEMs in European countries like ZINSER in Germany, ELECTRO-JET in Spain and MARZOLI in Italy. The company has replaced over 50,000 flyers of various models of Toyoda and Howa roving frames across the world.

InspirOn products meet the global replacement demand in countries like Argentina, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, Taiwan, the US, Vietnam and Zimbabwe. The company has a huge clientele in China as well as spread all across the world, including Indian spinning mills.

InspirOn offers both spindle-driven and top-driven execution AC flyers with advantages like attaining mechanical speeds of upto 1600 rpm and suspended design permitting larger package size. A steel presser leads to compact bobbin built up of 5-8 per cent more than that of aluminium presser with improved quality. The highly smooth stainless steel tube ensures resistance-free movement of fibres inside the flyer.
