In July 2018, the management of the company, founded in 1995, was extended with the appointment of a second Chief Executive Officer. In addition to the company founder, Mr. Bastian Schneider, Intex Consulting GmbH is now also represented by Mr. Lukas Hartmann as second CEO. This is an important step in supporting not only the digital transformation of customers, but also the future of the company. Competence and motivation lie in the double leadership, to better meet the requirements of the various sales markets.
In addition to its subsidiaries in Shanghai, Bangkok, New Delhi and Sao Paulo, Intex Consulting GmbH, headquartered in Wuppertal, has now opened its fifth office in Bursa, Turkey, which is one of the largest and most forward-looking markets for textile production and acts as a link between Asia and Europe. The new office will be organically expanded over the next few years. Intex Consulting expects the penetration of the Turkish market to open a new, resilient base in the international organization.
