Himatsingka is a vertically integrated global textile major that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes a suite of textile products. Over the past few years, Himatsingka has ramped up capacities across the various verticals. The company operates four manufacturing plants across two campuses. The plants are integrated, best-in-class and of global scale. They are equipped with amongst the largest capacities globally and are capable of producing a broad assortment of products with industry-leading efficiencies, response times and compliance standards. They represent next generation industry 4.0 manufacturing capabilities with zero-paper shopfloors, aided by strong digital platforms that have paved the way for smart manufacturing. Himatsingka’s installed capacities for manufacturing Bedding Products, Bath Products and Cotton Yarn Products are amongst the largest in the world. Himatsingka operates the world’s largest Cotton Spinning Plant under one roof with a capacity of 211,584 Spindles; Integrated Sheeting Plants for producing Bedding Products with capacity of 61 MMPA (Million Meters per Annum) and a fully integrated Terry Towel Plants for producing Bath Products with a capacity of 25,000 TPA (Tonnes per Annum).
