LS Mills: Crafting excellence in bed linen and sustainable solutions

LS Mills is a vertically integrated mill with spinning, weaving and sewing divisions. The company’s spinning capacity is 1,50,000 spindles and it is very strong in finer counts from 40’s single to 160’s single. It is a Supima licence holder as well as an Egyptian Gold Seal member with a new logo for three years. They also produce Linen / Tencel / Hemp and their blend fabric. They are GOTS certified and produce Organic Fabric.

The mill has an in-house weaving capacity of 125 looms along with a captive capacity of another 250 looms which is outsourced. The made-up capacity is 10000 sheet sets per shift per day. The mill currently runs only one shift per day having a very good high volume handling capacity for basic bedding.

The company’s products include a sheet set / Duvet set / Comforters / Pillowcases / Pillow shells and hospitality requirements and sheets with print / embroidery / Embellishments. The mill produces thread counts ranging from 200 TC to 2000 TC. LS Mills caters to all products related to the bed. The products are created with perfection and structured to provide the best solutions to sleep and wellness.

This year the company is launching 2 new sustainable products developed from the fiber stage. This is the first time it has been introduced for bedding. The details will be exhibited at Heimtextil. The company caters to most of the online and retail supply chain. The brands at present we are working with are HSN, Vera Wang, Nautica, Laura Ashley, Eddie Bauer, Kenneth Kohl, Tommy Bahama, Peacock Alley, Calvin Klein, Biltmore, Crown and Ivy. The key markets we cater to are the USA, South America and UK.
