MAG Solvics Private Ltd. has received the best R&D Award from the Textile Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (TMMA) for its “AccuTrash”, automatic trash separator, for 2015-16.
Mr. Murthy, MAG Managing Director, received the Award from the Textile Commissioner of India, Ms. Kavitha Gupta, at a function held in Mumbai.
AccuTrash is the most advanced and automatic trash testing instrument specially designed to separate and accurately measure/calculate lint, trash, dust and micro-dust. It is supplied as stand-alone and also as a part of the MAG HVT Expert series.
Here trash is separated through the buoyancy separation technique by use of air current which is automatically adjusted for better operation on a continuous basis. With faster testing, the system’s user-friendly software provides for long-term data storage and trend analysis.
Trash measurement with AccuTrash helps the industry in optimization of waste removal, improvement in yarn realization and quality.
