Nestling Technologies launches three products at Texfair 2019

The Coimbatore-based Nestling Technologies India Private Ltd., considered one of the top names in the field of contamination clearers, launched three new products at the Texfair 2019 trade show held in Coimbatore.

Mr. S. Chandrasekaran, Managing Director

“Innovation, in tune with the customer’s requirement, has always been our hallmark. At Texfair 2019, we showcased three new products, i.e., i-Scan – Pico, ProMap and Nest i-Drive. We received excellent response for these new launches,” said Mr. S. Chandrasekaran, Managing Director of the company, in an exclusive interaction.

Going into details regarding i-Scan – Pico, he explained: “This is the fourth edition of our immensely successful i-Scan series. Pico stands for the highest in terms of identification and elimination. Whatever may be the cotton varieties (raw material), it can ensure less than 2-3 contaminants per kg of yarn. Our earlier version that is Micro2C has seen 400 plus installations. It is our customers who have always been our driving force.”

Elaborating on the specialty of ‘ProMap’, an electronic watch-dog for real time monitoring of individual rotors in which yarn breaks, stop time, run time, length, kilograms and doffs can be monitored, Mr. Chandrasekaran said: “This product is especially for open end machines, particularly the older models. One of the highlights of fitting ProMap is that customers have confirmed the payback time of just 5 months and within a week’s time of the installation they can see minimum 5-8% increase in production.”

Pointing out to what makes the company’s AC drive stand out from the crowd, he explained: “We have made these drives specially for the textile industry. For this industry we need to provide a long-term solution. You can ask the customer to change the drive every 2 to 3 years. As such many companies, say, up to 10 hp it is use and throw. If anything happens within the warranty, they will take care, but after that the customer has to bear. With our drive, the customer is sure of the stability of our drives. Power fluctuations, ambient temperature and moisture are the three critical factors that determine the working performance and life of the drives. We have carefully taken these critical factors into consideration and are offering 2 years free replacement guarantee and one-year service warranty for this product.”

The other products offered by the company include, i-Scan-µ2c, i-Scan-blue, Smart PIV System, Spinsoft-Plus, Smart – Spin and Digital Conti-feed System.

Sounding happy over the response that the products got at the fair, Mr. Chandrasekaran said: “We have been regularly participating in Texfair, one of the premier events in South India for the textile industry and our stall received good footfalls on all the days of the trade show.”

Speaking about the recent trends in the textile industry, Mr. Chandrasekaran observed that while there may have been a lull, the company has been doing well in its product developments. “We have always believed in using the lean seasons in a productive way to develop more innovative solutions to meet out ever-growing customer expectations. This approach has given us the competitive edge always.”

He also disclosed that the company which is right now exporting to Bangladesh and the UAE is also exploring other markets.
