Nestling Technologies to present its innovations at ITMA 2023

The company will showcase to the global market two opportunities – i-Scan and i-Spin – which are not just products or solutions but beyond

Coimbatore-based Nestling Technologies has made deep inroads into the market with its contamination clearers. The company’s spindle monitoring system too has been rising on the popularity charts ever since its launch. The company is all set to demonstrate its ability to create limitless opportunities at ITMA 2023. Speaking exclusively to The Textile Magazine on the participation of Nestling Technologies in the event, the company’s Managing Director S Chandrasekaran said: “ITMA is definitely an important platform for the textile industry globally as there’s a need for sharing information about continuous evolution and to experience the innovations happening in this entire textile value chain.”

“A mega event like ITMA offers the right platform for showcasing and knowledge-sharing towards transforming the textile world,” he added. Commenting on the preparation of the company for the event, he said: “We are fully prepared for the exhibition. Understanding our responsibilities of being in the textile value chain, we are always concerned about the kind of value that we are creating. We need to be sincere in our endeavours. Our objective is to convert the customer’s aspirations and pain points into their opportunities for continuous growth rather than providing only solutions.”

Products on Display

Elaborating about the company’s niche products, Chandrasekaran said, “We offer the global market two opportunities – i-Scan and i-Spin are not just products or solutions. For us these are opportunities. Many resources have put in place for standardising these opportunities for creating purified cotton at the beginning of the spinning process and creating dignified threads by improving the spindle performance along with quality enhancements. All this ultimately ensures elegance in fabric for which every customer aspires, always. By creating these opportunities, we are committed to create healthy experiences for every customer associated with us. Our team is eagerly looking forward to meeting everyone from around the world for ensuring such experiences at the event.”

S. Chandrasekaran, Managing Director, Nestling Technologies

“At Nestling Technologies, product development is a continuous process. There have been a lot of achievements in the i-Scan series as well as i-Spin considering ever-demanding customers’ specifications. So, we want to ensure that everyone will be able to experience the latest versions of the machine at ITMA 2023,” Chandrasekaran assured. According to him, the company currently operates in the Asia-Pacific region and actively maintains its trade relationships with Bangladesh and Vietnam and would like to expand its footprint to other global markets too.

Automation and Digitisation

With respect to the company’s initiatives on the automation and digitisation front, he stated: “It’s in our DNA. Nestling Technologies currently plays a crucial role in the industry’s transformation towards digitisation through our innovations. Likewise, the market’s adaptability towards new technologies is also very much encouraging. Our spindle monitoring system is already Industry 4.0-compliant. Similarly, we are offering the best experience in machine learning, AI and cloud-based computing, which are all the needs of the hour.”

Customised Solutions

When queried about what makes the company’s products and solutions different from the competitors, Chandrasekaran had an interesting take: “We never see anyone as a competitor. For us, every player in the industry is a co-traveller. We are only the right competitor for our own self because what we offered yesterday should not be the same tomorrow! We should compete with ourselves to excel with customers along with continual improvement plans. Moreover, we offer only customised solutions. We adopt a 3S approach through which we understand the specific requirements for the context by studying fact-based data and organise for the deliverables.”

“We then execute the supply activities with a specified timeline. Finally we ensure that the specific requirements have been realised through our services! Thereby, we ensure that these customised experiences go beyond the customers’ requirements or expectations. This kind of approach is what makes our offerings unique,” he added. “We sincerely welcome visitors to our booth at H1, B305 at ITMA 2023. We are already a well-known name in India. We want to build the bridges with all our global customers for experiencing their limitless opportunities as we are driven by the philosophy of offering a healthy customer experience. We look forward to interacting with a wide range of industry veterans from around the world,” Chandrasekaran said on a parting note.
