Nitin Spinners is one of the largest manufacturers of cotton yarn and knitted fabrics in India. The company has installed the latest and best available technology with plant & machinery procured from Rieter, Schlafhorst, Zinser Savio, Muratec, LMW and KTTM and quality control equipments from Uster. Due to its impeccable standards the company has exported cotton yarn and knitted fabric of Rs. 532 crores during 2015-16 to more than 50 countries, which constitutes 69 per cent of the turnover.
The company has diversified its product range of cotton yarn to include yarn from 6 ne to 80 ne, single fold, multifold, slub yarn, compact yarn and core lycra yarns. The yarns are suitable for multiple applications such as high value apparels, terry towels, knitted garments, denims, furnishing fabric, sheetings, medical and industrial fabrics. As a part of vertical integration the company has also installed knitting machines to produce single jersey, interlock, wide-width lycra blended fabrics, etc.
Present production capacity of the company is 38000 TPA of cotton yarn and 8000 TPA of knitted fabrics. The company is implementing expansion of its spinning capacity for manufacturing fine count compact yarn. After expansion, the production capacity will increase to 50000 TPA of yarn and 8000 TPA of fabrics.
Nitin Spinners Ltd. of Bhilwara has been awarded the Texprocil Bronze Trophy for the third highest exports of cotton yarn counts 50s and below under Category II, as also the Texprocil Bronze Plaque for the third highest exports of “Grey Fabrics” under Category I for 2015-16.
Mr. Dinesh Nolkha, Managing Director of the company, received the Award at a function held in Mumbai on October 21 from the Textiles Commissioner, Dr. Kavita Gupta. In the past also the company has been conferred the Texprocil Export Award in the category of grey fabrics for 2006-07, 2007-08, 2010-11 and 2014-15.
