A few technocrats with experience of more than 30 years started a company named “Sagotharen” to manufacture new age synthetic sandwich spindle tapes. The tapes are produced with state-of-art machinery and the product quality is equal to the best available in the market.
The company already started marketing its products with the brand name Chiorino. Chiorino S.p.A, Italy, which was established in 1906 in Biella, Italy, manufactures power transmission belts, flat belts, folder gluer belts, cross lapper belts, TPU food conveyor and processing belts and printing blankets. Chiorino has a joint venture arrangement in India with Franstek Belts Pvt. Ltd., Goa. The entire Chiorino range of products is marketed through Franstek.
Sagotharen is marketing its new age synthetic sandwich spindle tapes through a network of customer-friendly distributors. The company has the capacity to manufacture 30,000 sq.mt. per month and made arrangements for export.
As India is going to be a manufacturing hub for quality yarns, the requirement of high quality synthetic sandwich spindle tapes is increasing. Apart from it, Sagotharen is planning for massive exports to Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Korea, Pakistan, Turkey, African countries, South America and the US.
