Shahi Exports partners with Bangladesh’s Vision Group

Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading apparel manufacturers and exporters, has entered into a strategic manufacturing partnership with Bangladesh-based Vision Group, a prominent apparel manufacturer with strong capabilities across woven and knitwear categories.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at Vision Group’s offi ce in Savar, Dhaka

The understanding refl ects a long-term collaborative approach between the two companies to strengthen manufacturing coordination, enhance sourcing fl exibility, and support evolving global customer requirements across key apparel categories. Industry reports estimate the partnership could support business volumes of approximately USD 30 million annually over time.

The collaboration brings together Shahi Exports’ extensive global customer relationships, product development expertise, and market understanding with Vision Group’s vertically integrated manufacturing infrastructure and operational strengths. Established in 1995, Vision Group has grown into a trusted Bangladesh-based apparel organization with capabilities spanning garment manufacturing, washing, embroidery, accessories, and packaging.

As part of the arrangement, both companies will work closely across sample development, production planning, manufacturing coordination, and quality alignment to effi ciently support customer requirements while maintaining strong compliance and execution standards. The partnership is also expected to strengthen supply chain responsiveness and support diversifi ed country-of-origin sourcing strategies for global brands.

The collaboration further refl ects the growing importance of regional manufacturing ecosystems within South Asia, as international retailers increasingly look for agile, scalable, and resilient sourcing networks.
