The company recently inaugurated new premises to increase manufacturing capacity four-fold
Srisha Fine Linens (P) Ltd., Coimbatore is one of the leading players in the home textile and personal protective equipment segment in textiles. It is now expanding its capacity four-fold. The company has shifted to a bigger premise which was inaugurated on July 14, 2021 at the foothills of the Western Ghats. The facility was inaugurated by Dr. Sudha Anand, Managing Director, BKS Textiles (P) Ltd. in the presence of other dignitaries and customers from the industry. The new facility is in view of increasing sales and to meet the demands of its customers.
Srisha Fine Linens’ state-of-the-art plant is equipped with smart manufacturing features, processes and assets capable of producing top-class quality products for its customers.
The well-equipped space of 12,000 sq. feet with 60 employees is capable of producing 25,000 sheet sets per month – 20,000 duvet sets and 15,000 comforter sets per month. “The new facility is a reflection of our commitment to our customers. We showcase continuous improvement every year in terms of infrastructure and system improvements at our facility,” says R Palvannan, CEO, Srisha Fine Linens.
“Moving into our new factory building was the first big step for us to implement efficient production processes. We are able to optimise assembly and throughput time. The extended storage area makes it possible to keep parts in stock and shorten delivery times, a big advantage since it translates into tangible customer benefits. We initially started with two clients and now in our fourth year we are continuing our journey with 14 clients. Customer delight is our motto and we are continuously working on improving our standards to see our customers happy with what we offer,” he adds.
