Stefan Hantke takes over as President (Sales) at Schaeffler Industrial

Stefan Hantke has taken over as President (Sales and Engineering) at Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG.

In his new position, Mr. Hantke is member of the Industrial Division’s Management Board and is responsible for the global sales management for rolling and plain bearing components and systems for around 60 different industrial sectors. He is also responsible for the 27 Schaeffler technology centers (STCs) worldwide.

Schaeffler Industrial is represented with locations and sales offices in around 50 countries, facilitating consultation and delivery at the customers’ premises.

Mr. Hantke has more than 20 years of sales and engineering experience in the mechanical engineering sector, particularly in bearing and linear technology. After completing his studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken in 1992, he started his professional career at Schaeffler in Sector Management at INA Linear Technology in Homburg.

After holding various management positions within the Schaeffler Group and in external companies, he assumed in 2005 the position of President of the Linear Technology business unit at Schaeffler. Most recently, he was employed as President (Industrial) and was responsible for all of Schaeffler’s Industrial division activities in North America.
