The Board of Directors of Sukano AG has unanimously elected Mr. Thomas Bernhardt as the new Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management, effective October 1, 2015. He takes over the function from Mr. Wolfgang Schadt, who has been the interim CEO of the company. In addition to his appointment as CEO, Bernhardt will also serve as Head of Sales of Sukano AG.
Sukano is pleased to appoint a very experienced Master batch personality with high leadership skills. “The Company will be in good hands with Bernhardt at the helm, he brings a depth of business experience”, commented Mr. Martin Schmutz, President of the Board of Directors of Sukano AG. Mr. Bernhardt has held a number of senior management positions for Hoechst, Clariant and most recently for Archroma in Singapore.
