Thomas Nasiou is new CEO of Uster

Thomas Nasiou has taken over as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Uster Technologies with effect from April 1. Dr. Geoffrey Scott and Philip Mosimann have become Co-Chairmen of the Board. Koichi Ito joins the Board succeeding Susumu Toyoda.

Thomas Nasiou’s take-over as CEO followed a planned transition and hand-over of responsibilities from Dr. Geoffrey Scott who remains a member of the Board. In order to ensure its most effective operation, the Board decided to appoint Philip Mosimann and Dr. Geoffrey Scott as Co-Chairmen.

Koichi has joined the Board as the new Head of the Textile Machinery Division of Toyota Industries Corporation, succeeding Susumu Toyoda who has been promoted to a new position in Toyota Motor Corporation. He left the USTER Board as of April 1.
