Tiny Top Engineering has emerged as a name to watch out for in the highly competitive textile machinery field. The Coimbatore-based company is among the top manufacturers of hydraulic presses for textile application and textile automation solutions. The wide range of products manufactured by it covers automatic bale press, automatic cone packing machine, briquette machine, ‘Alerto’ (individual spindle monitoring system), automatic cop sorter and loader, and bobbin stripping machine.
The company is all excited about its plan to participate in the forthcoming Texfair 2017 event in Coimbatore, where its products are once again expected to be among the most sought after.
Asked about how the year 2016-17 had been for Tiny Top Engineering, Mr. Suresh T. Sankaran, its Managing Director, said that it was very much productive. Among the important milestones achieved by the company in the year were its expansion and launch of key new products.
Commenting on the market response to the new launches, Mr. Sankaran stated: “Our products have been welcomed by the market, and we have received good orders. The current year is shaping up well and we have done good business so far.”
However, in the same breath, he added that the growth in the second half of the current financial year and the next few years would be slower.
The company has been gradually penetrating the key export markets. Its products have already made a mark for themselves in markets such as Indonesia and Bangladesh. “Yes, we have made our presence felt in overseas markets. We are confident of further expanding our presence in key export markets”, he added.
Rounding off the interaction Mr. Sankaran pointed out that the company has added new customer projects domestically as well as in overseas markets in recent times, and through its commitment to quality and innovation, it is confident of maintaining the growth momentum.
