Trützschler launches new generation card TC 12 on the Indian market

Today, Trützschler India, a subsidiary of the renowned German textile machinery manufacturer Trützschler Group, launched a new generation of high-production cards on the Indian market: the TC 12. Due to the pandemic situation and the postponement of the India ITME show, Trützschler experts introduced the TC 12 at the “All India Live WEBINAR” to its Indian customers. More than 1100 persons joined this webinar and the presentation was very well received and appreciated.

Dr. Bettina Temath, Head of Global Marketing at Trützschler Group, explained the most important features of the new carding machine, such as the new 8-point setting of flexible bends, the WASTECONTROL sensor, the new coiler system T-Move 2/CCL and the new web doffing system.

In addition, Mr. Ashish Sharma, Head of Sales and Service at Trützschler India, talked about the card’s applications that extend from open end and vortex spinning (with IDF) to a specialized TC 12 version for man-made fibers and recycled materials.

To answer further questions about the technology and benefits of the TC 12, Mr. Armin Leder, Global Director R&D at Trützschler Group, was also part of the webinar.

With the launch of the TC 12, Trützschler is expanding its product range in the Indian market. The new card is capable of operating very high speeds while maintaining global quality standards. Its innovative features, reduced downtime and simplified maintenance make the TC 12 the ideal choice for customers with different requirements.
