Developed through the Welspun USA Operations and IT teams, WelVisionAi transforms live manufacturing activity into continuous, actionable intelligence. By using computer vision to observe and analyse shop-floor operations, the system can see, measure and identify patterns across manufacturing processes.
The initiative is designed to provide greater visibility into key operational parameters, including production output, machine utilisation, throughput, efficiency and safety. By converting real-time factory activity into meaningful intelligence, WelVisionAi can help manufacturing teams identify patterns, respond faster and continuously improve operations.
The initiative reflects Welspun Living’s broader ambition to build a more visible, connected, intelligent and responsive manufacturing environment, where people, data and technology work together to strengthen operational capabilities.
