Driving Efficiency in Spinning: Aspire Grand Excel Automation’s Texfair 2026 Focus

Aspire Grand Excel Automation has steadily carved out a strong position in the Indian spinning automation landscape. Headquartered in Coimbatore, the company has earned industry recognition for its Auto Doffers, Compact System, and Bobbin Transport System—solutions that address key productivity and quality challenges faced by modern spinning mills. The company is now gearing up to showcase its latest offerings at Texfair 2026, scheduled to be held in Coimbatore.

Steady performance

Ahead of the exhibition, the magazine caught up with P.N. Santhanakrishnen and Ayaaswaamy, Directors and partners of Aspire Grand Excel Automation, at the company’s manufacturing facility. Reflecting on the company’s recent performance, Santhanakrishnen acknowledged the broader slowdown in the textile sector, while underlining Aspire’s resilience. “Even though the industry was sluggish, for us 2025 was better than 2024. Our order books are healthy and booked for the near future as well. Our sustained focus on product quality, performance, and customer service is clearly paying dividends,” he said.

Products on display @ Texfair 2026

At Texfair 2026, Aspire Grand Excel Automation plans to display the latest versions of its Bobbin Transport System, ExcelSpin Compact, and Auto Doffer. Elaborating on the strengths of the company’s compact spinning solution, Ayaaswaamy highlighted its strong market acceptance. “We have always referred to the yarn produced from our compact system as ‘IMPACT YARN’. There is a very strong word-of-mouth in the Compact segment for our products. In terms of yarn quality, we are probably the best in the market, and we are also more economical—around ₹300 per spindle cheaper than competing systems,” he explained.

Strong service focus

After-sales service continues to be a key differentiator for the company. Aspire Grand Excel Automation provides pan-India service support, ensuring minimal downtime for customers. “Our machines are designed for Easy Handling and low maintenance. In many cases, remote troubleshooting is sufficient to get the system running again. If a site visit is required, our service engineers are just a phone call away and will be at the customer’s premises promptly,” Ayaaswaamy said.

Beyond the domestic market, the company has been making steady progress internationally. “We have made significant inroads into overseas markets such as Bahrain and Indonesia in recent times. We are also hopeful of entering the Mexico market shortly,” Santhanakrishnen noted, adding that global customers are increasingly receptive to cost-effective and reliable Indian automation solutions.

Texfair 2026 marks Aspire Grand Excel Automation’s third participation in the exhibition. “This exhibition offers us an excellent platform to reconnect with the industry and reach out to potential customers,” Ayaaswaamy said. Echoing this sentiment, Santhanakrishnen added, “Our auto doffer and compact systems are well known across the country. Texfair 2026 provides the ideal opportunity to consolidate our presence, network with mill owners, and engage directly with customers.”

Looking ahead with optimism

Visitors can find Aspire Grand Excel Automation at ‘B’ Hall, Stall Nos. 59, 60, and 61, where a team of engineers will be on hand to demonstrate the machines and address technical queries.

Looking ahead, the company remains cautiously optimistic. “With gradual improvements in the global geopolitical situation, we hope Texfair 2026 signals a positive turnaround for the textile industry,” Santhanakrishnen said. He also revealed that, alongside textile machinery, the company plans to strengthen its presence in the manufacturing of multilevel car parking systems and multilevel storage solutions, underscoring its broader engineering ambitions.
