Trident Ltd. possesses an installed capacity of 5.55 lakh spindles and 5,500 rotors capable of manufacturing 1,15,200 tonnes per annum of cotton, compact and blended yarn per month. The company has ten manufacturing units with state-of-the-art technology sourced from globally-renowned suppliers. The product range caters to the needs of the knitting, weaving, denim, hosiery, shirting and suiting segments.
During FY16 the company commenced production at its integrated bed-linen project of 500 looms capable of producing 43.2 million meters of bed-linen per annum and almost 1.90 lac compact yarn spindles for captive consumption at Budni, Madhya Pradesh, with capital investment of Rs. 1,667 crores. Further, during this period Trident revisited its CAPEX plan of Yarn Modernization Project (Rs. 103.9 crores) and Captive Power Project (Rs. 393 crores for 60 MW) at its Budni facility.
