The Coimbatore-based JAAZ Group is a valuable and trusted business partner in southern India for many global and Indian textile machinery and component manufacturers. The company has been steadily expanding its geographical coverage and is parallely adding new principals to complement its existing range of products and also foray into other segments in the textile manufacturing value chain. The group participated in the recent Texfair show in Coimbatore representing all its key principals. JAAZ wants to become a one-stop shop catering to the varied needs of its customers.

Mr. Shahul Hameed, Director of JAAZ Group, said: “I am glad to inform that from January 1, 2015, we have been appointed the agent for Kusters Calico for promoting its products in the processing sector in south India. We have also become the agent for Lucy Engineering for its stenter and other machineries in south India”.
Apart from that, JAAZ had also launched its own brand of top rollers for the spinning preparatory sector. Besides, it has recently taken up distribution for AB Reniger’s bobbin transport system.
Talking about the response at Texfair, Mr. Shahul Hameed says: “The overall response was good at Texfair. We had three principals who had displayed their products. CANALAIR exhibited the latest technology in air engineering and waste collections. Its pre-fabricated units for air engineering are unique indeed. Another principal, Mehra, displayed wax rolls for both spinning and weaving and high quality waxes for export. ISC presented top quality bobbin holders and innovative auto doffer spares for all makes of ring frames”.
Mr. Shahul Hameed further says that overall it has been a good year so far for JAAZ. The company has increased its sales revenue in the first nine months and hopes the trend would continue in the last quarter too. JAAZ has finalised some major projects for CANALAIR and SSM machinery. It has also sold Crocodoff, the ultimate yarn underwinding technology for ring frames from Novibra, to a few customers.
The overall industry growth is going to be stable in Tamil Nadu. JAAZ has strengthened its spinning and processing divisions by adding the latest technology products.
