Mohler launches next-gen OHTC, BTS and YCS

For Mohler Machine Works, one of the prominent players in the field of OHTCs, bobbin transport systems and yarn conditioning systems, this is the second time the company is participating in the premier event, ITME 2016. Speaking exclusively to The Textile Magazine, Mr. V. Balasubramanian and Mr. V. Benny Jerald, Managing Directors of the company, said: “This India ITME is a turning point for the Indian textile industry due to the launch of innovative and automation products for the industry. It is undoubtedly the most looked forward event, which brings together all the stakeholders in the country under a single roof.”

The company is demonstrating the latest versions of its products – overhead travelling cleaner (OHTC), automatic bobbin transport systems and yarn conditioning plant.

Asked about the kind of visitors that the company is meeting at ITME 2016, they said: “Generally speaking, our target customers are from the spinning and weaving sectors. We are meeting a number of them, both from India and overseas customers, during the event.”

Speaking about the key characteristics that give the company the competitive edge, they said: “Our areas of strength are quality, performance and after-sales services which have been already proved their worth in local and export markets. These are the areas where we never compromise, since these are made us to this level and also these are the preferred choice in the textile industry.”

The company, with a team of experienced and qualified people, has a carved a niche for itself through its prompt after-sales technical support services. Speaking about the same, the Directors said: “Our qualified, highly skilled engineers are present not only in India but also in overseas countries. Unlike other companies that do erection / service on contract basis we have our talented engineers.”

Going into details about the company’s future plans, they said that they are going in for a completely new production facility in the near future. Elaborating on the company focus on exports, they said: “We are the largest exporters of OHTCs in India. Our products are exported to Turkey, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, etc. More than 60% of our production is exported. We expect the trend to continue for other products also.”
